Welcome to Our Website.

We at Hickory Springs Water, LLC take pride in the fact that whether it is spring, drinking, reverse osmosis or distilled water - all of our products come from the same natural spring source that meets the FDA’s “Standard of Identity” for spring water.

Did you know that the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has established a “Standard of Identity” to define different types of bottled water, based on the products’ specific characteristics?

What this means is if it says SPRING WATER on the label then it must come from an underground formation from which water flows naturally to the surface of the earth, and must be collected only at the spring or through a borehole that taps the source.

Hickory Springs Water LLC became one of the first bottled water companies in the state of South Carolina to receive Safe Quality Food (SQF) certification from the public health and safety company, SQFI (Safe Quality Food Institute). The SQF program is one of the world’s leading food and safety management systems, designed to meet the needs of retailers and suppliers worldwide and is a division of the Food Marketing Group (FMI). The Program provides independent certification that a supplier’s food safety and quality management system complies with international and domestic food safety regulations. This enables us to assure customers’ that our water has been produced, processed, prepared and handled according to the highest possible standards, at all levels of the supply chain.

The SQF program is recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative, who represents more than 70% of food retail revenue worldwide and bases their principles on those of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
